Elemental Ingredient Amounts
All Ingredient Amounts in the Strong Bones Formula are Elemental.
What does the term "elemental" mean?
Elemental means that "What you see is what you get."
Why are elemental ingredient amounts important?
If the ingredients are elemental, then you know that the amounts stated on the product label are actually the amounts that you get. If the ingredient amounts are not elemental, then you're left in the dark as to the real value of the product. For example, if a formula says that it contains 600 milligrams of Calcium Citrate and the dosage is not elemental, in reality you are getting only 144 milligrams of Calcium Citrate. As you can see, you could be misled into believing that you are getting much more benefit than the product delivers. In the short term, you won't know the difference. In the long term, your bones will know the difference.
How can you determine if the ingredients are elemental amounts?
This can be difficult. If ingredients are in elemental amounts, then this should be stated on the label. With many formulas, some ingredients are elemental and others are not. This can create a real dilemma, because you may not be getting the proper balance of ingredients. The Strong Bones formula label states that the ingredients are elemental, so you don't have to figure out what's in the product.
